At Nautilo Diving, we balance digital theory learning with practical skills in our private training pool, followed by four real open-water dives in the sea. This step-by-step structure builds your skills and confidence, ensuring you feel completely secure before entering the ocean.
Course Journey & Learning Steps
Our curriculum breaks down your diving training into three structured phases, helping you develop skills progressively:
Learn the Theory
Study the core physics, safety rules, and equipment diagrams online at your own pace through PADI eLearning before beginning the practical training.
PADI eLearning (Self-paced, ~5-10 hours)
Build Skills in Confined Water
Practice fundamental breathing techniques, safety maneuvers, and equipment adjustments in the safety of our private training pool in Jumeirah.
5 pool sessions (1 to 2 days)
Complete Open-Water Dives
Take your new skills to the ocean. Complete four supervised open-water training dives off the coasts of Dubai or Fujairah to earn your certification.

Schedule & Duration
The practical course takes 3 to 4 days. Here is a typical training schedule flow:
Phase 1: eLearning digital theory
Complete PADI digital study materials, videos, and exams online at home. You must complete this before starting pool sessions.
Phase 2: Confined-water training pool sessions
1 to 2 days of hands-on pool sessions at our Jumeirah Center facility, learning key skills and safety techniques.
Phase 3: 4 open-water ocean dives
2 days of open-ocean dives (2 dives per day) where you apply your training over reefs and practice buoyancy control.
Phase 4: Official PADI certification
Your logbook is signed, details are submitted, and your PADI Open Water Diver digital e-card is processed immediately.

Pool training is held in our private pool facility in Jumeirah. Open-water dives are completed off the Dubai Jumeirah coastline.
